    "content": "HDSDR can also work well via CAT control if you use the free Virtual Serial\nPort Emulator software.  There is some issue with that program and 64 bit\nwindows.  For me o0n my old XP box, it works fairly well with quirks.  I can\nmove HDSDR and SATPC32 moves with it.  The key is that VSPE sets up a pair\nof serial cables and you use either side of the pair configured to the two\nprograms and they talk bi-directionally.  I am not a pro at this but it does\nseem to work.
