    "content": "Brian...\n\nTo transmit a picture which has any resolution would require a large file\nand a lot of clear, interference free reception...perhaps you might take a\nlook at APRS which can use GPS to define location. Trying to send pictures\nwill use up many interference free passes on a satellite which leaves no\ntime for other users.\n\nTurning on, turning off, movement code is much simpler. Google: Packet Radio\ncontrol, AX.25, APRS.
