    "content": "Hi, guys,\n\nA group of radio amateurs including BA4TA, BA4TB, BA4RS, BD5RV, BA4RN,\nBH4REQ, BH4RLO will activate Pingtan Island (AS138) from July 24-30.\nThis operation is going to include all operational satellites that are\ncapable on V/UHF.
