    "content": "John,\n\nEmpirically, when they start changing modes, it can do some odd things until\nit settles down.  Saturday, just after they switched over to the Kids Day\nconfiguration and uplink, it was extremely scratchy with much audio QSB.\nSounded great on the next pass with the power bumped up a bit.  Sunday was\nfine.  You didn't mention when you had the problem, but today they are\nturning on the mode L uplink, so something might be a bit off for now.\n\nAlan\nWA4SCA\n \n\n\n",
