"content": "Hallo Paul,\nto steer the IF-100 (or FODTrack) you need hardware access to the PCs \nparallel port. I suppose your OS is Windows XP. The hardware driver that \ncomes with Wisp32 (RR.dll) doesn't work on NT based Windows systems (Win \n2000, XP, Vista). Hardware access under these OS requires a kernel driver. \nSatPC32 (Wisat32, DDESat32 ) therefore use a kernel driver to steer the \nIF-100 on these systems. So, you could use Wisp32 for data operation and \nSatPC32 (Wisat32 or DDESat32) for rotor and radio control.\n\n73s, Erich, DK1TB\n\n----- Original Message ----- \nFrom: \"Paul Clay\" <[email protected]>\nTo: <[email protected]>\nSent: Thursday, September 18, 2008 8:45 AM\nSubject: [amsat-bb] Windows XP and the Amsat Rotorinterface IF-100\n\n\n> Hi Guys,\n>\n> I am new to the group and getting interested in Sat comms.
