"content": "Dear Folks:\r\n\r\nNow that it appears that the XW birds are turning off (for whatever \r\nreason), I was looking around this morning for another linear satellite \r\nto utilize and found JO-97.  I worked a couple of stations on this \r\nmorning's pass, one of whom happened to mention that there's not much \r\nactivity on JO-97.  So I wanted to post on here that I worked it this \r\nmorning, and despite some kind of data signal (or some kind of QRM) in \r\nthe lower part of the passband, the signals were quite good.  It looked \r\nto me like JO-97 is a good resource for all of us.  Hope to see some of \r\nyou on there.\r\n\r\n73 de Bernie, KF0QS\r\n\r\n",
