A Google search by the KM4MD \ndoes come up with a woman, but the qrzcq.com listing you linked has a name \nof Bill in Georga, and the FCC ULS does not list a license (any status) for \nKM4MD.  The Twitter / Instagram accounts pretty well explains her handles \nand it has nothing to do with amateur radio.
