"content": "I have been using two TS2Ks for a number of years on the sats. The only issue ever was when the prolific chipset usb/serial adaptor started acting up. Per recommendations on the TS2K yahoo group, went to FTDI chipset adapters (UGreen- Amazon) and have had no further issues. The other variable is to make certain you are using the TS2K's max data transfer rate (57600)- menu no. 56 and that SATPC is also set for that speed.\n\n73s\n\nCraig\nN6RSX\n\n-----Original Message-----\nFrom: AMSAT-BB <[email protected]> On Behalf Of James McIrvin\nSent: Monday, December 17, 2018 6:53 AM\nTo: Rick Walter <[email protected]>\nCc: [email protected]\nSubject: Re: [amsat-bb] Kenwood ts2000 Tracking\n\nI am talking about the doppler. I am also using a older USB converter that I have used for several years. Never had issues with this converter. 19hs\nsomething. I am not able to get the number for it right now. If you want\nto ser which one it is. Tripplite purchase the company several years ago and they have it listed for support reasons.\nI hope to get some more things figured out as time goes by. Just seems odd that it does not track when changing to the correct info that is on screen compared to the radio.\n\nJim\n\nOn Mon, Dec 17, 2018, 8:49 AM Rick Walter <[email protected] wrote:\n\n> Jim, I have been using my Kenwood 2000X with the birds since 2010 when \n> I bought it.
