That include the mike steps.\nSo you can use the mike click, but there is no good way to work with both TX\nand RX. The clicks get spread between them. Back in the packsat days, I\nset the uplink and left it alone. Then I switched to the RX and let the\nAMSAT-TAPR interface do the frequency tracking. The DSP-2232 would also\nwork, though only for 1200 baud. \n\nAlan\nWA4SCA\n\n\n\n-----Original Message-----\nFrom: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On\nBehalf Of Ryan Caron\nSent: Wednesday, March 24, 2010 5:48 PM\nTo: [email protected]\nSubject: [amsat-bb] FT-726 automatic Doppler control?\n\nAnybody ever rig up automatic doppler tuning to a FT-726? Without a CI-V \ninterface (or equivalent) the best idea I can think of is splicing a \nmicrocontroller in to push the up, down, and maybe the fast buttons on \nthe microphone during a pass.\n\nThen I'd just have to dial in the initial frequency before the pass starts.\n\n73,\nRyan KB1LKI\nAMSAT #37207\n_______________________________________________\nSent via [email protected].
