    "content": "Hi Jeff,\n\nAfter you mentioned that, I went and took a look at the VUCC application \n(http://www.arrl.org/files/file/Awards/VUCC%20App%202011.pdf) and sure \nenough it says, \"enclose 20 cents per QSO\" (bottom of page).  So, you send \n$12 for postage to get your award mailed to you, $7 for ARRL members or $12 \nfor non-members for the award, 20 cents/QSO, and you also need to send along \nsufficient postage to get your QSL cards returned to you if you mail them to \na card checker.  I don't remember paying that much when I got mine.
