    "content": "Kevin,\n\nIf you want the most recently available Keps for the ISS, or anything else\nnot classified, it is worth getting a free account at Space Track.\n\nwww.space-track.org\n\nThey feed pretty much everything else, and update 3-5 times a day.  More if\nneeded.  I don't recall the last time the Celestrak Keps were off, but if\nmore current Keps exist, that is where to go.  You can cut and paste them\ninto AMATEUR.TXT or other file as needed.
