I did \nalmost lose an ft-60, ic-706mkiig, arrow 2 and vertical when going through \ndubai. It took hours of hand-waving and begging to get them to bring to an \nemirates crew to check for me.\n\nOn the way out through dubai it was fine. The way back? They decided that \nradio gear and _any cables_ were a security risk :)\n\nI laid it all out in the open for them both times. Having them exposed seems to have eliminated\nthat so far.
