    "content": "If you are running Windows 7 right click on the menu item or desktop icon\nand select Properties.  Then click the \"Advanced\" button. There should be a\ncheckbox that says \"Run as Administrator\"  Check it.  If YOU don't have\nadministrator rights it's going to ask for the administrator password.  Just\nclick OK all the way out and the next time you run it you should be ok.
