    "content": "For the record, Chris did not access the seller's information by any\nbackdoor means. The information is freely available once a transaction is\ncompleted, which is how he got the info:\n\n \n\nAny buyer or seller can request the contact information for the buyer or\nseller after a transaction is complete.   That is what I did.   I did not\n\"hack\" or use internal methods to acquire his information.   I clicked a\nbutton on our website.\n\n \n\nThis is what you use to contact a buyer.. notice the bottom part:\n\n \n\nhttp://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/contact.html\n\n \n\nTo request your seller's contact information:\n\n1.                  Click the Advanced search link at the top of most pages.\n\n2.                 Click the Find contact information link in the Members\nsection on the left side of the page.\n\n3.                 Enter the seller's user ID and item number.\n\n4.
