    "content": "Brad,\n\nCompared to the ISS and even FalconSat-3, NO-84's digipeater is\na weaker signal. It transmits on 145.825 MHz at only 350mw:\n\nhttp://aprs.org/psat.html\n\nNO-84 can be tough to hear, and sometimes packets you can hear\nwon't be decoded by radios/TNCs/software. With either of my Kenwood\nHTs (TH-D72, TH-D74) and Elk log periodic, I can adjust my antenna\nso I can do a good job working those passes.
