    "content": "Hi all,\n\n \n\nAll of a sudden the elevation meter stopped working of my Yaesu G-5500 rotor\ncontroller unit . \n\nNo issue with the AZ meter. Rotor itself keeps on steering / working\nwithout any problem in EL &AZ (via interface EA4TX ARS-USB) so all still\nworking fine (fortunately !)  for satellite work.\n\nLooks like a component failure in the controller unit  or the meter itself ?\n\n\n \n\nA physical check (opening the controller unit) didn't show any anomaly.\nBeing a not too tech ham was wondering if any of you Yaesu rotor users had\nseen this problem before / around ? \n\n \n\nPossibly anyone to hint/ indicate at a quick check in the schematic wire\ndiagram to where to start looking for this failure ?\n\n \n\n \n\nThanks beforehand for yr appreciated advice\n\n73\n\nAlbert\n\nPD0OXW\n\n \n\n",
