    "content": "Hi Michael,\n\nUnfortunately we have a report that the transmitters are off.  \n\nDuring the 7:30 EDT pass tonight I will try to turn the transmitters back on.  If I can't we will have to reload the software which  will take a day two.\n\nWith the no eclipse period for the next 8 months we should be running Mode S more often.
