    "content": "Just had an overhead descending pass in New England and saw PSAT was \nbeing pounded by several unattended beacons set for every couple of \nseconds. One was a 3 and the other a zero. ISS was also in their unproto \npath.\n\nLuckily the SGATEs seem to be down so there is no positive reinforcement \nfor the activity.\n\nI can get acks over Canada and over the Atlantic with 10 watts to a \nvertical but I don't seem to decode noisy signals as well as the old \ndays of ISS Ericksson and  PCSAT.\n\nI think I'm done for a while until the earth based ops get their \nstations in order.\n\nNice to have the APRS / UNPROTO activity though!\n\nRoger\nWA1KAT\n\n\n",
