    "content": "Hi Robert,\n\nYou can use the FUNcube dashboard, located at\nhttp://funcube.org.uk/working-documents/funcube-telemetry-dashboard/together\nwith your favorite satellite tracking application for controlling\nrotators (if any).\nYou do not need any other application to control the dongle but the\ndashboard, but may find it useful to see a waterfall plot with for instance\nSDR# (http://sdrsharp.com/)\n\nThe dashboard does not take exclusive control over the dongle, so you may\nuse other applications to tune it.
