    "content": "The August Satellite VUCC Awards/Endorsements\nlisting will be delayed.  On or about August 15th,\n2017, the ARRL website stopped posting the VUCC standings\nfor satellites as well as all other bands.  The problem\nwas referred to the ARRL Awards Manager and she referred\nthe problem to the ARRL IT Group.  Once the problem is\nresolved and the postings start up again a list will\nbe generated and posted to the amsat-bb.
