    "content": "Be sure your TNC-3S is setup for full Duplex, otherwise as long as WiSP \nhears a data carrier from the satellite it will not assert PTT.  Also, \nin the Satellite Setup, TNC Settings Tab, be sure that \"Test for Smack \nTNC\" is not checked.  There is a bug in this test and it was never \nimplemented.
