    "content": "ALL,\n        I very much regret to report that on the pass over Cincinnati this Morning using Dr. Kelso's Keps for January 4, 2011 with the  AOS  predicted at  14:24Z,   there was no evidence of any signal on 145.950 or 145.930 MHz.\nIt may be that this very enjoyable, interesting and challenging satellite is now history.  What have others determined as to signal status?
