    "content": "Hi Bob,\nI'm sorry that you have problems with the program.\nI suppose you are running the latest version 12.8b.  Also, I suppose the \nprogram worked when you first started it after installation and the problems \noccured after you configured it.\n\nThe best will be:\nUninstall the program and re-install it. It should now start with the \nsettings that come with the setup file. Then configure the program \nstep-by-step.\n\nCOM port error:\nThe COM port for CAT control can be chosen in menu \"Radio Setup\". Make sure \nthat the port is available on your system and not in use by another program. \nWith the Windows System panel check which COM ports are available on your \nsystem. If you use a USB-to-Serial adapter the COM port number will change \nif you change the USB port! That would explain that COM 3 is no longer \navailable.\n\nNo source file found error.\nI have described that error in the FAQs file (sect. 5 h). I have just \nupdated that section in the FAQs file on my website. You can open that file \nwith the link  on my website www.dk1tb.de, English page \"Downloads\". Please, \nread the item 5h carefully.\n\nWhen you have a flawlessly working configuration start the program \n\"DataBackup\" from the SatPC32 menu \"Programs\" and save your settings.
