If 432 gives 27, this thing has a 405 MHz LO. Satellite subband is mostly ~435-436. That would require an IF radio to tune ~30-31 MHz. Most don't. If the LO is crystal controlled, changing crystals is ridiculously expensive; like $40-60. Not a great value. The LO could be synthesized and might be modifyable. Maybe.
