    "content": "I had a very similar issue with an Acer lt and LVB Tracker. Never solved it but replaced lt with mini tower and all is well.  It seems to be an issue of Win7 or perhaps voltage levels on the USB.  Try a tower to prove it is the lt.\n\n73,\n\nTom\n",
