    "content": "Make sure you grabbed the correct version, likely a beta for the newest\nversion of OSX.\n\nWhere did you get the USB-B to USB-C cable? It possibly could be a power\nonly cable.\n\nIn Terminal, do:  ls -l, and see if the device is there. I think it has\nkeyspan in the name but it has been a while since I have looked at one in\nthe Terminal.
