    "content": "As I am about to start my trip it's raining in NE Ohio and the WX forecast\nfor WV & western VA, where these grids are located is not good.  I still\nplan to be \"on location\" to try work  'em, but I don't relish getting my\nradio and myself drenched.  So, bottom line:   The WX makes the activation\nof EM96, EM98 & EM99 [scheduled per previous msgs] \"iffy\" today.
