    "content": "I use an HT with a J-Pole, UISS, and Soundmodem (\nhttp://uz7.ho.ua/packetradio.htm) and decode tons of packets every pass.\n\nI really like Soundmodem because you can *see* the levels. The key for me\nwas to get the levels set correctly. Once I did that, it was easy. Until I\ngot that right, I was getting nothing.
