It doesnt have a chance of being implemented on an amateur radio budget or time scale to the point where a solid reliable platform can be flown.\n\nWhat the satellite group needs is more Oscar 7's (or VO 52's) and Oscar 10...Arsene and Oscar IV were not bad concepts.
