    "content": "Steve - Somewhat lower angles will be better, Bob recommends 15  \ndegrees. Start with that. Mount the antenna so that the elements are  \nhorizontal. When handheld, you can twist the antenna to adjust  \npolarization, when it is fixed, you take what you get. It shouldn't be  \na big problem, you will just notice some fades that you can't adjust  \nout.
