    "content": "Hi all,\nThis may be something else - but here it is.\n\nJust before 2200 UTC I placed my antenna at the direction \ncorresponding to AOS for OBJECT H.\nI set the frequency to 437.380 MHz, USB.\n\nAt 2200 UTC I heard a sporatic signal, sometimes \nwith fast frequency changes.\nIt was not on all the time, which made it difficult \nto make out, what it really was.\n\n7 minutes later at 22:07:30 UTC the frequency had changed to \n437.364 MHz.\nAt 22:08:45 UTC it was at 437.361 MHz. At that time the \ndoppler of OBJECT H was -8.3 kHz.\nLost it just after that.\n\nIt did not sound like STARS or KKS-1.\n\nI had my antenna tracking OBJECT H during the last part \nof the time.\n\nConclusion difficult :-)\n\n73 OZ1MY\nIb\n\n",
