    "content": "Yes,\n\nFUNcube-1, FUNcube-2 on UKube-1, Delfi-n3Xt, FOX-1 and 2 and KletsKous will\nall have transponders and Delfi-C3 had one.\nTurksat-3usat also contains a transponder that only worked very briefly.\nAnd please amend if I forgot one.\n\nRegarding the Space News article: not only the role of ITU is not\ncompletely accurate, there is more shortcuts taken.
