    "content": "i noticed on the \"sat passes page\" that na 15, 17, 18, and 19 transmit \napt.  are these birds still active?  i ask because i never see any \ntracking info on that page (which i think is very helpful, by the way - \nthanks).  also are there any other \"receive only\" wx \nsatellites/frequencies that may be of interest to an old weather buff, \nlike me?
