    "content": "JAXA announced CubeSats deploy from ISS with J-SSOD at 17th Sep.\nCubeSat name is not shown on the announce. However, NASA's ISS On-\nOrbit Status Report 09/09/15 shows the followings;\n\nJAXA-Small Satellite Orbital Deployer (SSOD) #4 Install: Kelly\ninstalled the J-SSOD#4 on the Slide Table with the Multi-Purpose\nExperiment Platform (MPEP) attached.  The J-SSOD #4 has two satellites\n that will be deployed next week.  The first satellite is designed to\nobserve the Ultraviolet (UV) spectrum during the Orionid meteor shower\n in October.  The second satellite, sponsored by the University of\nBrasilia and the Brazilian government focuses on meteorological data\ncollection.\n\nSo, the first one must be S-CUBE and the second is SERPENS.\n\nSERPENS operates on amateur band. IARU Satellite Frequency\nCoordination page show\n  Downlink: 145.980MHz 1k2 and 437.365MHz 9k6\n\nS-CUBE seems not operate amateur band.\n\n\n73\n\nMasa   JN1GKZ     Tokyo Japan\n\n\n",
