    "content": "Even if the technique required 5 years to advance to HEO it would be a \npositive step since the amateur launch opportunities directly to HEO are \nmeasured in decades and the cost in 10's millions of dollars.\n\nThis reminds me of a commercial payload that failed to make GEO.
