    "content": "I remember a note sometime ago that the keeper of the www.ao27.org web site\nwho is also the keeper/sender of the TOPR timing information for the\nsatellite was on a hiatus and that was the explanation of why the web site\nwas not available and the updates to the epoch.txt and topr.txt files that\nthe AO-27 scheduler do not work.\n\nIt has now been several months since then and still the sites do not work\nand the software scheduler program will not get updates because the domain\nis unavailable.  It did eventually say that it updated the files\nsuccessfully but it did take quite a while.\n\nAny word on what the status is and more importantly, are the timings for\nAO-27 being updated periodically to allow for clock drift and orbital\nchanges.  Since the turn-on/turn-off schedule is important to the long term\nsurvival of the bird and knowing the timings are important to successfully\nworking it, I wonder what is happening here?
