    "content": "JARL command team announced\nEclipse of FO-29 is 11/01 0%  11/10 5%  11/20 14%  11/30 17%. It goes up \ngradually. The temperature of the satellite falls with an increase of \neclipse. It is considered as one of the reason that the temperature of \nFO-29's equipment is too high to accept the command. FO-29's equipment \nis designed to work for wide temperature range. However because of time \ndegradation, it is to be considered that some component may have lower \nperformance. JARL command team sends the command to FO-29 on the every \nweekend continuously.
