There is\na proposal process through which schools and other organizations are\nselected to participate in the program. Currently there are two open\nwidows for proposals each year. We are current in one of those windows\nthat closes March 31, 2020, for contacts that will occur January 1, 2021\nthrough June 30, 2021.
