    "content": "I heard Delfi-C3 on the second pass (San Francisco Bay Area), but not  \nthe first. Also, it was transmitting on 145.930 MHz (the backup  \nfrequency), not 145.870 MHz.\n\nThe ICOM IC-R1500 didn't have the crackling you hear in the recording  \nwhen listening on the speaker, but for some reason it got into the ADC:\n\n\thttp://roderickmann.org/stuff/Delfi-C3.mov\n\nHow very exciting!
