The RS-UV3 is a low cost transceiver solution for Packet Radio, repeaters, Echolink stations, base station and mobile applications. The RS-UV3 supports multiple interfaces including microphone/speaker, line level audio (soundcard), TTL serial control and Arduino Shield connections.
