    "content": "\nYes, the satellite is SpinSat!\nIt is confirmed on space REF web site.\nhttp://spaceref.com/international-space-station/nasa-iss-on-orbit-status-23-november-2014.html\n\nSpinSat is deployed with Cyclops which is new deployment system \ndeveloped by NASA.
