    "content": "Hi all,\n\nbeen copying AO-51 on L/S mode very nicely over the past\nfew days. My setup is a hand-held linearly polarized\n(yes, you need rotate it to follow the S/C spin) W-LAN\npatch antenna with a California Microwave downconverter\nfeeding an FRG-9600 modified to feed DC to the D/C.\nExcellent signals, absolutely no interference, always\nenjoying the spectacular L band uplinks for various\nEuropean stations, especially OZ1MY, whom has an\nexceptionally solid uplink :-)\n\nMostly been listening to eastern and overhead passes,\nsimply because I can sit on my veranda steps, sip coffee\nand twiddle the knobs & antenna ;-)\n\nReally cannot wait for the next L/S session; this mode\nis a very impressive demo mode for experienced hams that\nhave no idea what satellites can do for you, not to speak\nof our future generation of hams...\n\n73's Michael, OH2AUE\n\n",
