    "content": "Note: Presentations at the DCC are encouraged & can be made without submitting a technical paper. \n\nCall for Papers--2010 ARRL/TAPR Digital Communications Conference\n\nTechnical papers are solicited for presentation at the 29th Annual ARRL\nand TAPR Digital Communications Conference to be held September 24-26,\n2010 in Portland, Oregon. These papers will also be published in the\nConference Proceedings (you do NOT need to attend the conference to have\nyour paper included in the Proceedings). The submission deadline is July\n31, 2010.
