"content": "Scott & Fredy,\n\nThanks for your passes so far. ELFIN A & B have been successfully \ndemoded and commanded and are healthy. DAVE has passed similar \nmilestones. SurfSat sadly does not beacon but I hope to hear good news \nfrom the UCF team soon. The 2018-070B/C/D/E objects in tle-new.txt are \npretty great. We expect ELFIN A is the leading-most satellite, and ELFIN \nB is the trailing-most, but of course it is too early to know for sure.\n\nB is in a slightly lower orbit and should overtake A, especially once we \ndeploy our magnetometer's stacer boom and get some differential drag \nstarted (possibly as early as Thursday). We want them to spread apart a \nbit to make our passes easier!\n\nPlease send any pass contacts to [email protected] and we'll ingest \nthe beacon data into our database. Once we're commissioned and \ncollecting science data we are interested in scheduling downlinks over \nany interested stations.\n\nhttps://elfin.igpp.ucla.edu/listen-to-elfin/\n\n73,\n\nRyan NX1U\n\n\nOn 9/15/2018 7:04 PM, Scott <[email protected]> wrote:\n> Hey Ryan!\n>\n> Recorded the 2201utc pass over Eastern USA and just reviewed the signals\n> from that.\n>\n> No sign of the others, but good decodes from DAVE (please note correct\n> freq. is 437.150); see my tweet w/ pics:\n>\n> https://twitter.com/scott23192/status/1041118626055680001\n>\n> 73!\n>\n> -Scott, K4KDR\n",
