I used HDSDR controlled by SATPC32 to get the passband.\nHDSDR ot Digipan through a virtual audio cable to decode.  The Doppler was\noff which makes sense with the Keps that are off from what was posted.  Saw\nsome initial short transmissions with gaps in between and then a rather long\nrun of transmissions.  I never saw any other PSK31 activity besides the data\nbeacon.  Someday soon I will give transmissions a shot.\n\nAttached is a file with the data I decoded this morning.  Approximate time\nstamp of first beacon is at the head of the file.  \n\nI know you have made some reference in BB emails as to what some of the\nparameters generally mean.
