"content": "isn't cross-satellite operation involving signals travelling BETWEEN \nsatellites before being heard by the other station? AO-16 and AO-51 have \ntheir uplinks in the SAME BAND, and downlinks also in the SAME BAND so \nwouldn't that make it impossible to for either satellite to react to the \nother??\nThe way I read this... you are hearing unintentional uplinks to the \nsatellite you're listening on, just because the second sat has an identical \nuplink, and overlapping footprint. Please correct me if I'm interpreting \nthis wrongly.\n\n\n73\nAuke\n----- Original Message ----- \nFrom: <[email protected]>\nTo: <[email protected]>\nSent: Thursday, October 16, 2008 5:15 PM\nSubject: [amsat-bb] WB9L cross-satellite again\n\n\n> Hey folks,\n>\n> Mike, WB9L, and I worked cross-satellite at 22:50 UTC.
