    "content": "Observations from the pass 1242 UTC to 1255 UTC, over VK.\nCopied two CW signals on nominal 437.275.\nOne was very unstable and chirpy with slow CW, the other was clean, fast\nCW, but quite weak in signal strength. The unstable signal drifted down the\nband very quickly, definitely not crystal locked.\nAlso copied SEEDS on nominal 437.485, but may be slightly lower in\nfrequency.\nSignal clean but very weak. Visible on Spectran but not decode-able.\nThis pass was in Eclipse.\nUsed auto-tracking throughout the pass, which may have been a retrograde\nmove.\nColin VK5HI.\n\n",
