    "content": "I saw the post by WA4SCA in regards to AMATEUR.TXT and ARISSAT-1.  I am \nrunningMacDoppler and I am such a newbie.  Can someone tell me how to \nget MacDoppler to see the Keps for RADIOSCAF?  I have downloaded keps \nfrom AMSAT and Celestrak.  I can be such a slow learner.
