    "content": "Still sounds like you are a bit low on the output voltages for the \nmetering. I have had one here for years (in fact rebuilding it now) and \nyou should obtain over 5 volts output and be able to adjust it down to 5 \nvolts for full scale azimuth and elevation. Unable to do so sometimes \nindicates (for me it did) bad pot(s) in the control box for calibrating \nthe units.
