    "content": "Hi Dave, if we can get the 13 Colonies event back to where it was when we\nhad a solid 13 colony precipitation on the sats it will become a 'rare grid\nlevel event' on the FM birds. I remember working 24 stations on a single\nAO-27 pass from Delaware in 2012 and nobody complained!
